Jay Kallsen

Co-Founder

I began my career as a Union Electrician in Omaha, Nebraska, with Local #22, completing the program’s academic requirements. This foundation gave me a strong technical understanding and a commitment to quality.

Seeking diverse experience, I moved to Fairview, Oklahoma, where I worked as a Parts Manager/Parts Welder at Bramco, a manufacturer of custom truck flatbeds. This role provided hands-on expertise in fabrication and operations management.

My career transitioned to the data center industry in Des Moines, Iowa, as a Critical Environment Technician with Lee Technologies. I managed mission-critical systems, including AHUs, switchgear, and generators, ensuring uptime in high-demand environments. Later, I joined CBRE as a Data Center Engineer, refining my technical expertise and knowledge of operations.

At Google, I developed proprietary cooling systems, managed large-scale data centers, and commissioned multiple facilities. I then joined Aligned Data Centers as a Facilities Manager and later an Operations Coordinator, enhancing operational processes with the VP of Risk and Reliability.

Currently, I am a Senior Critical Environment Engineer, guiding operations teams across Georgia and Florida. Throughout my career, I have embraced challenges, honed my skills, and consistently focused on delivering excellence.

Antonio Brito, MBA

Co-Founder

I am a Manager of Facilities & Data Center Operations at CoreSite, where I lead critical infrastructure operations in Marietta, Georgia. With extensive experience in data center management and operational excellence, I specialize in overseeing mission-critical systems to ensure uptime, efficiency, and safety.

Previously, I served as a Data Center Operations Manager in Miami, Florida, where I honed my leadership, project management, and customer service skills in fast-paced, high-demand environments. My career includes nearly a decade at Google, where I managed cutting-edge data center facilities, operated sophisticated systems, and contributed to innovative sustainability initiatives.

In addition to my technical expertise, I am passionate about continuous improvement and have developed skills in preventive maintenance, process improvement, program management, and team training. I hold certifications in Universal HVAC EPA 608, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Mission Critical Operator, among others. My educational background includes advanced degrees in International Management and International Law, complementing my hands-on technical knowledge with a strategic and global perspective.
